1. Who we are

GetFollowers (“we”, “us”) runs the website get-followers.co.uk. You can contact us at support@get-followers.co.uk. Ask by email if you need more details about the business.

2. What we sell

We sell one-off packages that add followers to a public Instagram or TikTok profile, or likes to one public Instagram post or TikTok video. A package raises the relevant count. It does not provide engagement, sales, reach or followers from any particular country, and we make no claim that the accounts involved are operated by real or active people.

3. Who can order

You must be 18 or over and have the right to direct the order to the account, post or video you name. You must not use our service for any account you don’t own or manage.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling and are the full amount you pay. Payment is taken on a secure hosted checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We don’t see or store your card details. Each package is a one-off purchase; nothing renews.

5. Delivery

Delivery normally begins within minutes of payment and is spread out over hours or days depending on size. The times on our website are typical, not guaranteed. You must keep the account, post or video public and must not change the username until delivery is complete. If you make it private, delete it or change the username, we may be unable to complete the order and the part affected won’t be refunded.

6. Refills

If the count delivered drops within 30 days of delivery finishing, we’ll refill the shortfall free of charge when you email us with your order reference. Refills don’t apply to posts or videos that have been deleted, or accounts made private.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Your rights are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer are untouched by anything written here.

8. Platform rules

Instagram and TikTok are independent of us, and their terms prohibit inauthentic engagement. They may remove followers or likes, or take action on accounts, at their discretion. You accept that risk when ordering. We don’t ask for your password and you must never share it with us. We are not responsible for platform actions, but we’ll refill drops as described above.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use our service in connection with content that is illegal, or to mislead consumers, for example by quoting bought numbers in advertising as evidence of popularity.

10. Our liability

If we fail to deliver what you paid for, we’ll refund the undelivered part. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
