Refunds, cancellations and refills
Your rights under UK consumer law, how cancelling works once delivery has started, and our free 30-day refill.
Last updated 22 October 2026
Anything we can’t deliver is refunded. You can cancel within 14 days while an order is still being delivered and get back the cost of the undelivered part. If numbers fall in the 30 days after delivery ends, we top them up at no charge.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract made online. Our packages are services that start straight away. When you pay, you ask us to begin delivery immediately, and you acknowledge that:
- if you cancel within 14 days while delivery is under way, we’ll refund the price minus a proportionate amount for the part already delivered;
- once a package has been fully delivered, the service is complete and the right to cancel no longer applies to it.
To cancel, email support@get-followers.co.uk with your order reference. You don’t have to give a reason.
Undelivered orders
If we can’t deliver all or part of an order, for any reason on our side, we refund that part in full. If an order never starts, you get everything back.
When a refund isn’t due
- The account was made private, the post or video was deleted, or the username was changed during delivery, preventing completion.
- The package was delivered and later reduced by the platform. That’s what the refill is for.
30-day refill
Platforms remove accounts they believe are fake, so counts can fall after delivery. If yours drops within 30 days of delivery finishing, email us with your reference and we’ll top it up free, as many times as needed in that window, provided the account and post are still public.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of us agreeing the refund. Allow a few extra working days for it to appear on your statement.
No returns
Followers and likes can’t be handed back once delivered, so there are no returns as such; the cancellation and refund rules above apply instead.
These rules don’t affect your statutory rights. If something has gone wrong, email us and we’ll put it right.
